The State Route 99 (SR-99) Realignment Project is located in Fresno, CA and relocates the highway west to provide room for the California High Speed Rail (CAHSR) corridor.  The project will be delivered in two stages;   Stage 1 widens SB SR-99 from south of Clinton Avenue to Olive Avenue and relocates AT&T facilities in preparation for subsequent construction work.  Stage 2 realigns the highway from Ashlan Avenue to Clinton Avenue and reconstructs the Ashlan Avenue and Clinton Avenue interchanges.  Both stages of construction involve road and bridge work, wet and dry utilities, traffic signals and utility relocations.

The SR-99 Realignment Project Team, consisting of Granite Construction, Caltrans and Granite subcontractors,  is deeply committed to the recruitment, hiring and retention of a quality workforce on the SR-99 Realignment Project.
